Requirements for Renting our RVs
Renter Eligibility
Renters must hold a current, valid (non-temporary) driver’s license and pass a DMV background check. They must be 25 years of age and present their license to an authorized Bon Voyage RV Rentals agent before the beginning of their rental.
Renters will be required to provide:
- Name & Address
- Driver’s License No. and State of Issue
- Date of Birth
- Social Security No.
- Current Insurance Provider
- Verification of 3 years driving experience thru DMV Background Check
Reservation Requirements
- 3 day minimum
- 50% of rental is due at booking
- Remaining balance is due 14 days before rental
- A refundable security deposit hold is placed 2 days before rental
Cancellation Policy
30 Days Before Rental
Full refund of money collected minus processing fees
Within 30 to 14 Days of Rental
50% refund of money collected minus processing fees & $75 cancellation charge
Within 14 Days of Rental
No refund
Insurance for Renters
Complete and Comprehensive insurance coverage. Upon passing DMV a verification, your insurance will be activated and you will be covered from the moment you pick up the keys to your RV rental. There is no need to purchase a rental binder and there are no brokers or agents to call. You can choose up to $1 Million liability protection and $250,000 in comprehensive and collision coverage. This coverage protects you against claims for damage caused to the vehicle. You’re protected for physical damage you may cause to the RV, up to the actual cash value of the rental vehicle in case of a collision or an accident. We won’t seek claims from your primary insurance company in the case of a valid claim during the rental period.
